Blanco de Blanc
Brisk and with a zip of celery, the Blanco de Blanc is the perfect companion for a long afternoon basking in the sun, day-dreaming of the colorful streets of Guanajuato. This delectable cocktail with a hint of aloe vera liquor underscores the notes of aloe in our award-winning Los Arango Blanco.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Los Arango Blanco Tequila
- ¼ oz. Blanc Vermouth
- 1 oz. Chareau Aloe Vera Liquor
- 2 Dashes Celery Bitters
- ½ oz. Lemon Oil
- Sub Lemon Juice
- Top with 4 Drops Celery Oil
- Rocks Ice
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Rocks Glass
Garnishes
- Aloe Vera Leaf
Method
Combine all ingredients, except for the celery oil, into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fill a rocks glass with ice and Hawthorne strain the cocktail into the glass. Top off the cocktail with a few drops of celery oil and garnish with an aloe vera leaf.
