Blanco Cocktails
La Causa
This cocktail honors those, both past and present, who fight to improve the working and living conditions of farmworkers. A cocktail that represents our timeless appreciation.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Los Arango Blanco
- .5 oz. Rosemary infused blanc vermouth (or blanc vermouth and fresh rosemary)
- .25 oz.Grapefruit juice
- .5 oz.Lemon juice
- .5 oz.Honey syrup
- Top w/ Soda
Equipment
- Colins glass
Garnishes
- Top with fresh or torched rosemary sprig, fresh sage leaf, and grapefruit half moon
Method
Combine all ingredients, except soda, in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass over ice and top with soda. Garnish with a fresh (or torched) rosemary sprig, fresh sage leaf, and grapefruit half moon.
