Blanco Cocktails
Blanco Old Fashioned
This fresh variation of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail incorporates the clean and bright flavors of Los Arango Blanco with fresh lime and herbal bitters for a surprisingly new take on an Old Fashioned.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Los Arango Blanco Tequila
- ½ oz. Agave Syrup
- 3-4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lime Peel
- Large Ice Cube
Equipment
- Muddler
- Bar Spoon
- Old Fashioned Glass
Garnishes
- Lemon Peel
Method
Combine all ingredients except for the tequila into an Old Fashioned glass. Lightly muddle the ingredients. Place a large cube of ice into the glass. Add Los Arango Blanco and stir. Then rim with a fresh lime peel and place into the glass.
