Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Los Arango Blanco
- ¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
- ¾ oz. Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- ¼ oz. Agave Nectar
- ¼ oz. Green Chartreuse
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Garnishes

Method
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Hawthorne strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with candied ginger and a lime round.
